On the morning of February 25th (local time), Pan Feng, Vice Chairman of CEATEC and Chairman of ECECDC, held a working discussion with Virgiliu Daniel NANU, President of Prahova County Council, Romania. Pan Feng noted that 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Romania and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of their comprehensive friendly partnership. He emphasized that Prahova County, with its abundant resources, diverse industries, and strong foundation for cooperation with China, holds tremendous potential for collaboration. He expressed hope to strengthen communication and deliver more practical outcomes to further deepen the traditional friendship between the two sides.Virgiliu Daniel NANU spoke highly of China’s development achievements and visionary initiatives. He stated that Prahova County is committed to advancing bilateral exchanges, aligning complementary resources, and elevating cooperation to new heights.
On the same day, Pan Feng held a working discussion with Aurelian Gogulescu, President of the Prahova Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The two sides exchanged views on China-Romania economic and trade cooperation, expansion of new energy projects, preparations for the 4th China International Geographical Indications Products Expo, and the 8th China International Import Expo.
