5月26日，北京中德产业合作发展论坛——2025中德（欧）隐形冠军论坛在北京顺义中德国际会议会展中心开幕。本届论坛由北京市顺义区人民政府联合欧洲经济参议院主办，国家发展和改革委员会国际合作中心、ADWM德国中小企业世界隐形冠军学会、DEZ德国欧洲中小企业中国合作中心共同发起，以“联合创新·融合发展”为主题，国内外政府代表、专家教授、行业领袖、媒体代表等600余人参加。北京市人民政府副市长穆鹏，欧洲经济参议院执行主席、德国全球市场领导者（世界隐形冠军）峰会组委会主席瓦尔特·多林，国家发展和改革委员会国际合作司副司长万茜，德国议会前副议长、德国联邦议院德中议会小组主席汉斯-彼得·弗里德里希，北京市顺义区委书记龚宗元等中外领导嘉宾为论坛开幕致辞。欧中经济合作与发展理事会理事长、上海中欧中心理事长潘锋出席此次活动。

    未来，顺义区将以北京中德产业合作发展论坛——中德（欧）隐形冠军论坛为窗口，以高水平开放为引擎，持续深化对德、对欧开放合作举措，为德（欧）企业在京、在顺发展打造更多应用对接场景，促进隐形冠军企业和国际机构进一步了解顺义、走进顺义、投资顺义，形成更多以开放促发展生动案例。

On May 26, the Beijing China-Germany Industrial Cooperation Development Forum — China-Germany (China-Europe) Hidden Champions Forum 2025 officially opened at the China-Germany International Conference and Exhibition Center in Shunyi, Beijing. The forum is jointly hosted by the People’s Government of Shunyi District, Beijing and the European Senate of Economy, and co-initiated by the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Academy of World Hidden Champions of SMEs in Germany(ADWM), and the DEZ German-European SME China Cooperation Center. With the theme of Joint Innovation · Integrated Development, the event brought together over 600 participants, including government representatives, academic experts, industry leaders, and media from both China and abroad. Opening remarks were delivered by Mu Peng, Vice Mayor of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government; Walter Döring, Executive Chairman of the European Senate of Economy and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the German Global Market Leaders (Hidden Champions of the World) Summit; Wan Qian, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation of the NDRC; Hans-Peter Friedrich, former Chairman of the German-Chinese Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Bundestag; and Gong Zongyuan, Secretary of the CPC Shunyi District Committee. Pan Feng, Chairman of ECECDC and Chairman of CEPCTE, also attended the event.

Looking ahead, Shunyi District will use the Beijing China-Germany Industrial Cooperation Development Forum — China-Germany (China-Europe) Hidden Champions Forum 2025 as a window, leveraging high-level openness to further deepen its cooperation with Germany and Europe. The district is committed to creating more application scenarios for German (European) enterprises in Beijing and Shunyi, encouraging hidden champion companies and international institutions to learn about, engage with, and invest in Shunyi, thereby creating vivid openness-driven development paradigms.
